Dolly Foley, OTR/L, CLT
Occupational Therapist, Founder
Dolly graduated from Texas Woman’s University, Denton, Texas in 1994 with a degree in Occupational Therapy, after which she practiced in private clinics, hospitals, and home health settings for over 20 years.
She became a certified lymphedema therapist through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy in 2009.
In 2015 Dolly founded Exsongroupinc Exsongroupinc . She has strong relationships with Hawaii’s doctors and fellow certified lymphedema therapists and as a team, we are able to assist patients with management of their lymphedema and other pathologies that involve uncontrolled swelling, via the use of medical grade compression wear.
Exsongroupinc specializes exclusively in medical grade compression garments, and we offer advanced custom fittings for the complex patient, as well as providing education and product selection to patients, their caregivers, and medical professionals.
We are proud to offer the renowned brands of Juzo, Medi USA, CEP sports compression, Sigvaris, Jobst, Solaris and JoviPAK product lines. Our specific mastectomy care brands are Amoena and WearEase.

Tina entered the industry in 2007, when a family event created a heightened awareness of the experience of women diagnosed with breast cancer. For the first time, she came face-to-face with the challenges that the individual is presented with after receiving the diagnosis. It became Tina’s desire to contribute to the healing process of this brave group of women.
Tina trained in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she received her certification and subsequently worked in a Mastectomy Boutique for 3 years. She moved to rural upstate New York, where she worked another 9 years at Thelma’s Boutique in Rochester, New York. Two years ago, Tina relocated to Oahu, where she continues her interest in the field. She brings with her 12 years of experience working with the physical needs of breast cancer “thrivers.” Tina will individually assess your needs to reach a level of restored balance, comfort, and appearance. Many options exist; Tina looks forward to having the opportunity to assist you personally.
Tina is:
